Mr. Malicki asked me a few questions on my piano maintenance needs to give me an estimate on the cost of service. We set up an appointment. He called me once he was on his way. He was professional and was gracious to play to my curiosity of what he was doing by explaining what he was doing. He does tune by ear but also uses electronics to verify the piano is perfectly in tune. He fixed all my piano issues for a fair price and even touched up some scratches I had on the exterior of my piano with a furniture marker. My daughter is played on this piano since she was six years old and is now 28. We contemplated throwing the piano out and then my husband found MALICKI Piano service we could not be more pleased. He went above and beyond completely fixed the piano tuned the piano, and even touched up all the scratches and dents on the piano.
